PURPOSE: A system for operating an alumni association portal site on the Internet through an association solution of a school and an alumni association is provided to grow the school, and increase profits of the alumni association and an alumni's company by offering substantial/diverse information, as a direct/wider community including the school, students, the alumni association, and the company is formed. CONSTITUTION: An alumni association portal site operating server offers the information to the school/student/alumni/alumni company/university circle through the Internet by building an alumni portal site web page including a school management page(120), a student page(130), an alumni association page(140), an alumni company page(150), and a university circle page(160). A database includes a school information database, a student database, an alumni information database, an alumni company information database, a university circle information database, a talented person information database, and a product database. PCs of the school/student/alumni/alumni company/university circle use services offered from the alumni portal site operating server through the Internet.
