PURPOSE: A microarray for detecting drug-resistant hepatitis B virus comprising quality control(QC) and negative control probes and a method for detecting drug-resistant hepatitis B virus using the same microarray are provided, which QC probe improves quality control of the microarray, and which negative control probe discriminates between positive and false positive results to improve accuracy of the detection results. CONSTITUTION: The microarray for detecting drug-resistant hepatitis B virus comprises a target probe fixed to a substrate such as slideglass, membrane, semiconductive chip, silicone or gel, wherein the target probe is cDNA, oligonucleotide, DNA analogues, peptide or protein; the target probe comprises an oligonucleotide having the nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NO:7 to SEQ ID NO:47 which is capable of specifically binding with a target gene inducing lamivudine and/or famciclovir-resistance; the microarray further comprises a negative control probe for discriminating between positive and false positive results; the negative control probe is prepared by substitution, insertion or deletion of one or more nucleotides in the nucleotide of the target gene; the negative control probe comprises one or more oligonucleotides having the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:48 to SEQ ID NO:83; and the microarray comprises a QC probe labeled with different fluorescence from that of the target product, together with the target probe in one spot.
