摘要

PURPOSE: A polarization conversion system, a method for fabricating polarization recovery system, and optical system of LCD projector using polarization recovery system are provided to raise the efficiency of the polarization conversion system by using a wire grid in an LCD projector. CONSTITUTION: A polarization conversion system includes a first wire grid polarizer(210) and a second wire grid polarizer(220) and a polarization conversion plate. The first wire grid polarizer(210) and the second wire grid polarizer(220) have lattice patterns vertical to each other. The polarizer conversion plate projects light passing through the first wire grid polarizer to the second wire grid(220). The wire grid polarizer includes metal lattice patterns. The polarizer conversion system includes a mirror for total reflection.
