POLYELECTROLYTE COMPOSITION FOR HUMIDITY SENSING MEMBRANE OF HUMIDITY SENSOR, POLYELECTROLYTE INK AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING HUMIDITY SENSOR WITH HUMIDITY SENSING MEMBRANE USING INKJET PRINTING

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided are polyelectrolyte composition suitable for inkjet printing and having excellent humidity sensing property, polyelectrolyte ink comprising the composition and humidity sensor coated with humidity membrane having proper viscosity, solid content, inkjet injection property using the composition. CONSTITUTION: The polyelectrolyte composition comprises 35-50 wt.% of at least one compound selected from diamine compounds, 45-64.9 wt.% of at least one compound selected from dihaloalkane compounds, and 0.1-5 wt.% of at least one compound having cross-linking functional group. The polyelectrolyte ink comprises 1-10 wt.% of cross-linking agent, 38-88.9 wt.% of organic solvent, and 0.1-2 wt.% of a mixture of non-ionic surfactant and ionic surfactant together with 10-50 wt.% of the above composition. The humidity sensor has the humidity sensing membrane prepared applying the polyelectrolyte ink using inkjet printing way then heating the same.
