NANO SHELL COMPOSITION COMPRISING COPPER PEPTIDE, XYLITOL AND TOCOPHEROL TO STABILIZE THEM AND INCREASE THEIR BIOAVAILABILITY AND ORAL HYGIENE COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME HAVING IMPROVED INHIBITING ACTIVITY OF CARIOGENIC BACTERIA

PURPOSE: A nano shell composition comprising copper peptide, xylitol and tocopherol and an oral hygiene composition comprising the same nano shell composition are provided, which nano shell composition stabilizes copper peptide, xylitol and tocopherol to increase their bioavailability, and which oral hygiene composition has improved inhibiting activity of cariogenic bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The nano shell composition comprises 1 ot 5 wt.% of saturated lecithin, 1 to 20 wt.% of ethanol, 1 to 5 wt.% of dimethicone, 1 to 20 wt.% of xylitol, 1 to 20 wt.% of tocopherol acetate, 0.01 to 0.5 wt.% of copper peptide and distilled water. The oral hygiene composition comprises nano shell composition, wherein the nano shell composition has a formulation selected from liquid, paste and transparent gel.
