RAINDROP(WATER SCREEN) AND FOG-AUTOMATIC REMOVAL DEVICE OF A SIDE MIRROR FOR A VEHICLE FOR QUICKLY AND SAFELY REMOVING RAINDROPS AND FOG ON THE SIDE MIRROR CAUSED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL WEATHER CHANGE DURING DRIVING

PURPOSE: A raindrop(water screen) and fog-automatic removal device of a side mirror for a vehicle is provided to secure distance between vehicles by automatically cleaning the side mirror during driving in the rainy season and to reduce factors of a traffic accident. CONSTITUTION: In a raindrop(water screen) and fog-automatic removal device of a side mirror(3) for a vehicle, an overlap type wiper is combined with a wiper support shaft to a wiper support cap and is shrunk and loosened. A wiper feed support(4) supports a wiper feed support roller(47) with a guide rail groove according to the shape of the side mirror and the wiper feed support is combined to a pair of guide rails(31). The wiper feed support is fitted to an axle and is supported to an axle support. The wiper feed support is connected to a chain belt gear(48) to reciprocate. A motor gear(41) and a rotating gear(42) rotate at an angle of 360 degrees inside a mirror support plate(10) supporting the side mirror and a semi-rotating gear(43) rotates at an angle of 180 degrees. An articulated plate(49) is connected between a semi-rotating shaft(52) of the semi-rotting gear and a rotating shaft(51) of the rotating gear simultaneously converting the rotary motion of chain belt feed gears(45) and a one-side one-way gear(50) into reciprocating motion. A mirror movement motor automatically controls the angle and width of a visual field according to the high and low of the human body. The mirror movement motor has a connection groove and the mirror movement motor is connected to a mirror movement support. A mirror touch spring is attached to a mirror cap support to enable free touch.
