PURPOSE: A transmit network for transmitting plural information streams and an alarm system are provided to re-divide entire available frequency bands of a transmission medium into at least two sub bands, thereby independently sending plural information streams through a common transmission medium without mutual influence. CONSTITUTION: Entire available frequency bands of a transmission medium are re-divided into at least two sub bands(FB1,FB2). The first sub band(FB1) has at least a 100kHz lower cut-off frequency. The second sub band(FB2) has an upper cut-off frequency selected not to be overlapped. A desired type of random information is transmitted in the first sub band(FB1), while digital technology-based information is transmitted in the second sub band(FB2). Safety-related or security-related information may be transmitted in the second sub band(FB2), while desired information of a safety or security system is transmitted in the first sub band(FB1).
