摘要

PURPOSE: A method for estimating a foreign language level using voice recognition on the network, and the method and a system for electronically offering foreign language teaching materials using the same are provided to enable a learner to estimate a learning level in an objective, scientific, and automated mode on the network, and offer the teaching materials to the estimated learner according to the learning level. CONSTITUTION: A vocabulary database(130) stores vocabularies and a numeric vocabulary level for each vocabulary. A video chatting server(60) offers a channel to receive dialog voice data to a learner terminal(20) through the network(40) and collects the dialog voice data of the learner. A voice recognition server(70) generates a basic learning estimation data set by recognizing the dialog voice data in a word unit. A learning estimation server(80) generates a vocabulary level data set by calculating the numeric vocabulary level of each element. The learning level is determined as an average of the elements included in the vocabulary level data set or a vocabulary level value representing the maximum frequency among the vocabulary level values larger than the average, and is output to the learner terminal.
