摘要

PURPOSE: An anti-leakage and anti-collapse civil engineering structure and a construction method thereof are provided to increase stability by adopting a coating method with high anti-leakage performance and shear strength and to prevent a disaster due to excellent construction efficiency and emergent repairing. CONSTITUTION: An anti-leakage and anti-collapse civil engineering structure is composed of a banking structure(10); a bag or civil engineering fiber layer(20) formed at the banking structure; and an anti-leakage polyurea layer(30) coated on the surface of the bag or civil engineering fiber layer. The anti-leakage polyurea layer consists of a main material of 100wt% and a hardening agent of 100wt%. The main material comprises polyetheramin having 2000 molecular weights of 54.3wt%, polyethertriamin having 5000 molecular weights of 9.5wt%, diethyltoluenediamin of 25.2wt%, polybisphenyldiamin of 10.1wt%, and a sealant coupling agent of 0.9wt%. The hardening agent consists of aliphaticpolyisocyanate of 78wt% of NCO% 21.3 and polyetherpolyol having 4000 molecular weights of 22wt%.
