PURPOSE: A headlight control device of a vehicle is provided to increase acknowledgement quality for drivers by controlling the luminous intensity of light according to vehicle speed and the concentration of the light by regulating longitudinally a lens, and moving vertically and horizontally a headlight lamp based on traveling conditions. CONSTITUTION: A headlight control device of a vehicle is composed of a lens(L') installed in front of a headlight lamp(L); a pair of first driving sources(M1) for moving longitudinally the lens; a second driving source(M2) for irradiating the light by moving vertically the headlight lamp; and a pair of third driving sources(M3) for irradiating the light by moving horizontally the headlight lamp. The first driving source is a motor. The lens is set and mounted between racks(300) engaged with a pinion of the motor. The second driving source is a motor and a cable(306) is installed between a headlight lamp supporting bracket(302) and the pinion of the motor. The third driving source is a motor and a pinion of the motor is engaged with a support plate(308) forming a rear wall of a case covering the headlight lamp.
