COMPOSITION FOR FORMING DIELECTRICS CONTAINING PARTICLES HAVING PEROVSKITE TYPE CRYSTAL STRUCTURE, PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CRYSTAL PARTICLES HAVING THE PEROVSKITE TYPE CRYSTAL STRUCTURE
COMPOSITION FOR FORMING DIELECTRICS CONTAINING PARTICLES HAVING PEROVSKITE TYPE CRYSTAL STRUCTURE, PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CRYSTAL PARTICLES HAVING THE PEROVSKITE TYPE CRYSTAL STRUCTURE
PURPOSE: A composition is provided to form dielectrics containing particles having perovskite type crystal structure, which can form dielectric membranes excellent in a dielectric property even at lower than 400deg.C. And a process is provided also to produce the crystal particles having the perovskite type crystal structure. CONSTITUTION: The composition contains the particles, having the perovskite(ABOx) type crystal structure and an average particle size of less than 100nm, and an organic solvent, wherein A is at least one metal selected from Li, Na, Ca, Sr, Ba, and La and B is at least one metal selected from Ti, Zr, Ta, and Nb. The composition satisfies at least one condition that the concentration of the metal A in the solution is less than 1mol% and the content of water is less than 1wt%. The composition is produced by refining the particles, having the perovskite(ABOx) type crystal structure and an average particle size of less than 100nm, by an organic solvent(a), separating the particles from the organic solvent(a), and dispersing by an organic solvent(b). And the process for producing the crystal particles contains the steps of: dissolving at least one of a metal alkoxide, a metal carboxylate, a metal complex containing the metal A and at least one of a metal alkoxide, a metal carboxylate, and a metal complex containing the metal B in an organic solvent; injecting water into the resultant solution and hydrolyzing precursors in the solution to obtain the crystal particles; refining the crystal particles by an organic solvent.
