A system and a service for connecting a call and transmitting a voice message through a wired/wireless/VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) phone with click of a buddy list or a telephone number in an Internet messenger program are provided to easily use diverse communication methods like a voice call, a group call, and the voice message by linking the data-based Internet with a circuit-based communication network. Equipped with a user interface for the services, the Internet messenger program receives a service request from a user, and transfers the requested service, and the telephone numbers of the user and counterparts to a parlay application server. Equipped with the service logic, the parlay application server operates corresponding service logic by receiving the requested service, and the telephone numbers of the user and counterparts from the Internet messenger program.
