This is designed for fingerprint matching algorithm that plays an important role in fingerprint recognition. The application of the implementation of the fingerprint matching algorithm based on self-perception of geometric structure of the model and the feature points of the artificial immune system faster, reliable fingerprint matching and fingerprint recognition system that can for that purpose.; Matching algorithm proposed is carried out in two stages. In the first matching based on minutiae points of a fingerprint image and a direction component performs a matching modeled as a binary string based on the Artificial Immune Self recognition unit. Second Matching In performing the matching by configuring the local structure based on the geometric structure of the feature points of the fingerprint only for the part matching the primary matching to recognize a fingerprint. Time for matching through the first matching based on the Artificial Immune System to shorten. And completing a reliable fingerprint matching algorithm that has a higher recognition rate through the secondary matching based on the geometry of the feature point.
