PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a concrete form panel attached with a polyester film is provided to promote the utility of a form panel by preventing moisture from permeating to a form panel and the remnants of concrete mortar from attaching on a panel, to secure the evenness of a concrete surface layer after curing the concrete surface and adhesive strength, and to use semi-permanently by preventing the separation of a form panel and a polyester film. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a concrete form panel attached with a polyester film comprises the steps of: forming a water-resistant paint layer on one side or both sides of a form panel by passing through a roller having a paint film where water-resistant paints are placed(S1); placing and drying the form panel in a drying furnace(S2); attaching a polyester film where an adhesive layer is formed by placing reactive hot melt adhesives on the top of the form panel temporarily and pressing at 150¯170 deg.C by a roll press(S3); and press thermally for 50¯60 seconds in a hot press(S4).
