PURPOSE: To provide a water purification system which improves efficiency of electrolysis by minimizing purification of harmful substance and contamination of electrode and improves efficiency of a membrane and a carrier by using the carrier and the membrane containing photocatalyst, thereby photo-decomposing harmful substance separated. CONSTITUTION: The system for purifying water by electrolysis process comprises a reaction tank(100) in which a certain inner space is secured so that raw water or tap water flown in from a catchment tank is stored in the inner space, and an ultraviolet lamp(130) is installed in the inner space, which contains a carrier(110) containing photocatalyst, and in which an ultra-filtration or precision filtration membrane(120) formed of hollow fiber containing photocatalyst is installed; and an electrolyzer(200) in which an ultrasonic device is installed, and which is formed on an electrode part to produce acidic water and alkaline water from treated water passing through a filter unit, wherein the photocatalyst contained in the carrier and the membrane comprises TiO2 as a principal component, and wherein hollow fiber is used as the carrier.
