PURPOSE: A system and method for designing a path of a subway and a railway using a computer is provided to automatically design a specific path. CONSTITUTION: A data inputting module is connected to a path calculating module, a displaying module, and a logical drawing manufacturing module. The logical drawing manufacturing module includes a graphic manufacturing module and a physical drawing manufacturing module. The data inputting module is connected to a database for selecting design items, storing a designed result, and transmitting selected information to a library. The library transmits a path analysis result to the path calculating module, the displaying module, and the logical drawing manufacturing module.
