PURPOSE: Provided is a dried-croaker which is preserved with garlic-pepper paste containing onion juice which is beneficial to health. CONSTITUTION: The dried-croaker which is preserved with garlic-pepper paste containing onion juice comprises the steps of: drying a croaker in a drier; beating it to make its flesh flat and extended in order to let its flesh absorb seasoning; and separating its bones and scales therefrom. The main ingredients including a croaker, onion juice and garlic have a prevention effect of adults diseases.
