Dynamic Home Agent Address Assignment Method In Mobile IP

PURPOSE: A method for dynamically assigning a home agent to a mobile IP is provided to temporarily set an IP address of the home agent in a terminal, and to use the IP address of the home agent set in an AAA(Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) server, thereby being efficiently usable for load balancing. CONSTITUTION: A home agent IP address of a mobile IP registration request message is set to '0.0.0.0'(S100). A PDSN decides whether a terminal roams about other provider network(S101). If not, the PDSN transmits an authentication request message to a local AAA server(S102), includes an IP address of a home agent in an authentication success message, and transmits the message(S102). The PDSN transmits a registration request message to the home agent(S106). The home agent sets a response code value of a registration response message to '136'(S107), includes the self IP address in a home agent field, and transmits a registration response message(S108). The home agent retransmits the registration request message(S109), informs the terminal that a binding record is generated, and transceives a packet between the terminal and other server(S110).
