The facility of river in the civil center and method restoration of it

PURPOSE: Installations for rivers in the downtown area and a restoration method for the rivers are provided to secure a constant amount of water of the rivers, and to protect park facilities within the terrace land on the river from a deluge. CONSTITUTION: An underwater bank(21) and a fish way(22) are installed at the upper stream region from which a restoration work of the rivers in the downtown area is started. A plurality of large diameter pipes(10) are installed on the bottom of rivers to circulate the water of the river and bypass the water in order to absorb excessive water flow during a deluge. Water taking facilities are connected to the lower ends of the large diameter pipes, and water pumping facilities(2) and sanitation facilities(1) are installed within the terrace land on the river.
