The present invention relates to an industrial-academic cooperation call center system and a method for industrial-academic cooperation, and more particularly, when a request for industrial-academic cooperation service is generated from an industry joined as an industrial-academic cooperation member by forming a large-scale industrial-academic cooperation network. Correspondingly assigning the appropriate expert group, and through the ubiquitous environment of each expert and member company belonging to the assigned expert group, the member can be provided with a complex solution integrating the distributed solution to each expert. It is not a fragmentary solution to a problem in a specific field but an industry-academic cooperation call center system and a method of industry-academic cooperation that allow a specialized group to provide a combined solution.
