The present invention develops the conventional method of automatically adding glucose and ammonium when the alcoholic liquor is reused as a cultivation substrate of baker's yeast, and automatically adds up to phosphoric acid to further increase the bacterial concentration in the culture medium than when only glucose and ammonium are added. It relates to a method of increasing the culture efficiency further. Glucose and ammonium were based on the method using dissolved acid source and pH stat as before.In the case of phosphoric acid, an automated flow injection analysis device was made and connected to the fermenter, and the phosphate concentration of the culture solution was automatically analyzed while culturing the bacteria. Based on the analysis, it was added automatically as needed.
