The invention relates to medicine and can be used in traumatology and orthopedics for treating ankle fractures with rupture tibiofibular syndesmosis. We have provided an apparatus for treating ankle fractures with rupture tibiofibular syndesmosis by external transosseous osteosynthesis composed: of a bracket of the annular support, the semicircular support connected to a ring support distraction rods and the beam is rigidly secured to an annular support wherein the set screw rods arranged perpendicular to each other and in the semi-circle bearing two spokes are fixed perpendicular to each other. The beam is fixed screw rod. The ring support is mounted on two brackets borehole with thrust pad.
