A self-luminous capacitive touch-sensitive control key, on a capacitive base, is designed as an input facility for computer systems, and on a rear-face of a substrate-carrier plate, preferably a glass-plate, is applied a point- and/or surface-lighting unit for the key-top touch area in the form of a self-luminous display and on the front face is arranged a capacitive contact-sensitive input facility as a key-top touch area.
