The method and device for production of intelligent building or construction components in which seismographic masses are used to transmit externally originating vibrations and noise on to a pendulum assembly. Piezoelectric voltages and currents triggered by ceramic plates are used as signals which are evaluated by evaluation unit in order to generate intelligence about building components.
