A support shaft (12) provided on a base (10) non-rotatably supports a stator (14). A rotor (40) arranged on a rotary shaft (11) rotates around the stator. A roll bearing (56) is arranged at a support shaft drawing portion which positions between the stator and base. Another roll bearing (86) is supported by a stress transmission structure (100) in case, which transmits stress to the bearing (86).
