Arrangement for measuring the spatial light amplification distribution of position dependent light sources using a type A goniophotometer, whereby the light source (6) is arranged outside the goniometer in spatially fixed position at the focus of the goniometer. The optical output axis (3) of the light source is perpendicular to the horizontal axis (1) of the goniometer. A plane mirror (5) is attached to the test table (8) of the goniometer so that its normal (11) is perpendicular to both goniometer axes (1, 2) and so that it forms a plane with the measurement direction.
