At least 3-phase liquid cosmetic composition for application to skin and/or keratin fibers, has at least 2 aqueous phases containing (wt.% with respect to the composition) 5-75% water-miscible alcohol(s), 1-25% water-soluble salt(s), 1-25% water-soluble polymer(s) for cosmetic treatment of keratin fibers or skin that allows phase separation into at least 2 aqueous phases in combination with the other contents, and at least 10 wt.% water. Independent claims are also included for (a) preparation of the composition by mixing the content and allowing the composition to stand until it separates into at least 3 phases; (b) product containing a sprayable composition as above and a spray dispenser.
