The motor vehicle has at least one microphone (8) fitted on a roofliner of a passenger compartment, and at least one sun visor (6) pivotably fitted on the roofliner (4). The microphone is placed on a point of the roofliner upon which it is hidden by the sun visor in a position pivoted against the roofliner. The sun visor is constructed to be sound-penetrable at least in its region covering the microphone. The sun visor in its region (7) which is sound-penetrable has a number of air passages. An independent claim is included for a sun visor for a motor vehicle.
