An interactive sales system using a mobile RF system where the media element or content (8) are temporarily or occasionally communicated via a mass medium (3) to at least one user (2), who with interest in a certain media element/content communicates a message (10) via mobile phone to the system operator for identification of the respective media element or content. The selected media element (14) is sent to the user in a form usable by the user from the system operator and the costs for purchase of the selected media element/content are debited to the user (2) by using invoicing devices (6) of a mobile RF network operator (5) and/or the system operator (7) and/or an external operator (15) company. An independent claim is included for a method of operating an interactive sales system.
