The kit for fitting a catheter to a female patient, for a flow of urine, has a bulb (6) and a telescopic spring structure (5) of a flexible material. The kit holder (3) has a tube which can be bonded to the catheter (1), and four limit beads (9) and a catheter fixing unit (2) form one piece with the base surface of the holder. Four stiffeners (7) are at the laying bulge (8) of the bulb. A plaster bed (4) is to both sides of the limit bead to fix the plaster.
