The swing suspension (10) has two cross supports (14) running at an angle to one another with a supporting cross (16) spanning the centre where they meet. Suspension rings (18) are mounted movable on at least one of the two transverse supports. The cross beam can be supported by a frame with four posts (11) of which two adjacent posts have fixing means (30) for fixing on a room wall. Independent claim describes beam cross for use with swing suspension where rails (24) are mounted on cross supports connected to one another to distribute the load. Adjuster brackets (26) supporting the suspension means are mounted displaceable and fixable on the rails.
