System for producing pumpable and flowable suspensions of particulate solids, liquids and binding agents used in the construction of packing systems in underground cavities and caverns comprises a mixing system (5), and several silos (1-3) connected to the mixing system via weighing and/or dosing machines (4) and optionally controlled by a central computer. A shear container (7) connected downstream of the mixing system is joined to a control measurement device (11) connected to a central, computer-assisted control system (6) and a device (8) for treating the gases produced in the shear container by chemical processes in the mixing system. The treatment device is likewise connected to the control system.
