The prefabricated structure (1), and especially a wooden decking, has a cover layer (2) of preferably wood, and several beam supports, especially of wood, and with several guide holes for pipes, cables and suchlike. The guide holes are located at right angles to the main direction of the beam supports (3) in the region of the neutral fibers. The diameter of the guide holes is about 60 per cent greater than the diameter of the pipes (5) passing through them. Smaller diameter holes (4') for relatively flexible pipes are located between the larger holes(4) for relatively rigid pipes.
