The device has a display shelf (3) presenting a transverse folding line separating the shelf into two panels moving with respect to each other. A reporting panel is connected to a base (5) by the line such that the reporting panel is extended on the base in plane configuration and the panel is folded on the base in reported configuration. The reporting panel is joined to free end of the shelf by a reversible folding line. An independent claim is also included for a process of manufacturing an information presenting device.
