The device has a lateral channel (9) at a base of a piercer fixed to a suction rod (7), and a longitudinal channel (8) at interior of the suction rod. A rubber ring (2) provides a sealing between a metallic surface of an oil filter and the channel (8), to avoid oil leakage during draining of oil from the filter. A quick coupler (10) is provided opposite to the piercer, for a pneumatic suction of the oil from the filter.
