The device has a printed disc rotating inside an envelope. The envelope has openings placed in a manner to visualize desired information from the disc. Musical tones are placed on twelve equal sectors spread on the disc. The tones are arranged in an ascending order in a clockwise direction and an anticlockwise direction on respective sides of the disc.
