The device has a retractable terminal with a fixed part and a mobile part. An access door is opened when the mobile part is lifted from a truck to allow an access to the terminal so that the terminal allows a fund conveyor to automatically send funds towards a building and to receive funds. The terminal is returned to its rest position when the exchange of the funds is terminated.
