The device has a tank (1) with variable shape and capacity, with a retractable handle (10), a screw plug (4) for refilling and a submerged pump (2). A pipe at the interior of the tank connects the pump and a quick coupler (3) with an automatic spring closure. An electric supply cable of cigar lighter type causes activation of the pump by an on/off switch (5) to obtain a water pressure to the coupler. The cable is connected 12 volts supply of the vehicle.
