The device has a carrier deck (4) pushed to lower edge of a rear frame of a bodywork (8) by translation movement produced through a double effect hydraulic jack (1), after opening a rear door frame (5). A pushing part (3) is guided in translation by a guide rail situated on upper face of the deck. The movement of the part (3) is assured by a double effect hydraulic jack (2) after the deck is pushed to the lower edge.
