The wall has construction units (1) with two containers (2) ballasted by filling with water. The containers are connected to one another by a membrane (4), such that the wall is formed by piling of the construction units. The containers are formed of a bladder equipped with a cap (3) for permitting filling and emptying of water. The membrane provides a permeable opening, such that the construction units are immersed in a flood zone.
