The plate has supply holes (2, 3, 4) for supplying fuel combustible fluid and cooling fluid, to respective flow tubes (21, 22, 41). The tubes (21, 22) circulating respectively the combustible fluid and fuel are placed one of two opposite sides (1A, 1B) of the plate. The cooling fluid flow tube (41) is provided on the side in which the tubes (21, 22) are placed, so that the tube (41) is coplanar with the tubes (21, 22).
