The device has a control unit (26) with switches. A signal permits to determine angle of a sailing ship, when the ship reaches angle of inclination of the switches. The control unit generates a control signal for an operator unit (27), from critical angle of the ship. The unit (27) permits to stop movement of list and establishes the ship in acceptable list position. The unit (27) is constituted of a blocker and a control jack (2).
