The method involves determining an indication relative to a task of communication resources for one of two sub-systems of a heterogeneous radio communication system. A communication resource of the sub-system is allocated based on the determined indication, when a communication is to be established for a radio terminal. The radio terminal is arranged to select a base station of the system. An independent claim is also included for a heterogeneous radio communication system.
