The device has a metallic thread (5) made of flat spring-steel and forming a reception ring (6) in which a plant bough e.g. vine shoot, is inserted. The thread forms a fixation ring (7) that fixes the device on a stake (3). One end of the thread forming the ring (6) is bent to form a hook (9) and another end of the thread has an eyelet in which the hook is engaged to close the reception ring.
