The dress has right front and back lower side edges (6, 6`) connected with each other and left front and back lower side edges (7, 7`) connected with each other by detachable male and female fastening units (8, 8`) for forming a skirt. Seams of the lower edges are opened for converting the dress from a skirt type to a trouser type. Cloth tails (1, 1`) are assembled in an upper part at the level of sides by fixation units (4, 5).
