The method involves producing a measurement of displacement of apex of at least one vane of a turbine blade (7) with respect to a rest position, if the vane did not vibrate, by an instrumentation device (10) to generate a discrete Fourier transform, for a set of frequency values. The device transmits the transform result to an analysis device (29) in the form of a frequency spectrum to find vibration frequencies of the associated vane. An independent claim is also included for a system to measure vibration of vanes of a blade of a turbine.
