The system has a deployable electromagnetic waves reflector (8) cooperating with an electromagnetic wave source (4). The reflector has reflecting units (10) that reflect waves transmitted by the source. The reflector has a flexible and deployable support structure (12) e.g. canopy system of parachute, to which the units (10) are integrated. The structure is deployed under effect of differential gaseous pressure exerted on it.
