The spacer (5) has a hollow cylindrical body (6) comprising three ribs (15) at one of its ends in a transversal plane parallel to an upper plate (3) and a lower plate of a shank. The ribs are separated by respective grooves (16) and are regularly distributed on the periphery of the body. Each rib is provided with a slug (21) that engages with a housing (22) provided in the plate (3) on which the body is locked by cleats.
