The device has a damper with a separated reservoir (3) comprising an electro-valve (1) permitting to instantaneously limit stroke of a piston (4) of a main cylinder (11) by blocking return of oil in the reservoir while braking. The electro-valve is controlled by sensors situated on master cylinders of a brake pedal and a brake lever. The oil is circulated between the reservoir and volume under the piston by a conduit (8).
