PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract alteration preventing system, and a contract alteration preventing method disabling alteration of a contract prepared by preprinting.;SOLUTION: A contract preprinted on the basis of generated electronic contract information becomes impossible to alter by acquiring contract contents, carrying out generation of contract full text information including the contract contents, generating a two-dimensional barcode (restorable to the original contract full text information) including a digital signature from the contract full text information and a hash value of the contract full text information, and providing a means for generating the electronic contract information comprised thereof and sending it to a portable terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
